I'm still in love with the only guy I've ever had a "love at first sight" crush on, and I'm glad he finally got the right idea and asked me out after a year and a half (shh! he thinks it was his idea!) Fast forward six years, and we're married and both here working at DC, which is a dream come true for both of us. Really. I'm not just saying that because my boss might read this...(Hi Rev!) I love how Discover is so passionate about putting Christ's call to love people into action. The "whatever it takes" attitude is exactly what it's going to take if we're going to make a difference in the 21st century, and it's been a joy to watch God work in and through the lives of ordinary people who are willing and open to listening to Him. What else...I love hanging out with friends, watching random sci-fi-ish TV shows that Joe gets me hooked on, eating BlueBell natural vanilla bean ice cream...I like Macs but not as much as Joe, and I love that we wear earplugs when we go to concerts... We have a sweetie baby named Joseph who was born on March 24th this year. He's got the cutest Charlie Brown smile and adorable little fat feet. We personally think he's the best baby around, but we might be a little biased...
